As such, it is important for you to attend the requisite onr-amps before attending the normal class. The amount of time spent in on-ramp can vary from person to person depending on how quickly you catch on to the movements. Some stay in on-ramp longer than others, and it’s nothing to worry about. The most important thing is to develop a solid foundation to build upon as you become a stronger and fitter you at your individual pace.
