Skill Level Standards

 

Level 1 Classes

Open to ALL ability levels who have completed the On-Ramp program. Do not let fear of ‘not being fit enough’ be a reason to stop you training at Fenrir Fitness. We have athletes of ALL fitness levels, shapes and sizes. The vast majority of our classes are infinitely scaleable and accessible to all athletes. Our community is very supportive and welcoming to every member who walks through our door.

 

Level 2

400 meter run: W-1:30, M-1:15

clean AND power clean: W-.75BW, M-BW

500 meter row: W – 2:08, M – 1:48

ring dips: W – 3, M – 5

strict pull ups: W – 1, M – 3

plank: 2:00

back squat x2 reps: W – .75BW, M – BW

dead lift x3 reps: W- BW, M-1.5BW

wall walk to handstand hold: 1 min hold (nothing but toes touch wall)

 

Level 3

ring dips: W – 6, M – 10

400 meter run: W – 1:25, M – 1:10

500 meter row: W – 1:58, M – 1:38

deadlift: W – 1.25BW x 3 reps, M – 1.5BW x 3 reps

pull ups: W – 7, M – 12

back squat: W – BW, M 1.5BW

handstand push ups: W – 3, M – 6

power clean: W – .75BW, M – BW

L-sit: 20 seconds

overhead squat: W – 65lbs x 10 reps, M – 95lbs x 10 reps

MetCon: RX Fran in <10:00

 

Level 4

ring dips: W – 10 M – 20

400 meter run: W – 1:20, M – 1:05

500 meter row: W – 1:48, M – 1:28

deadlift: W – 1.5BW x 3 reps, M – 2BW x 3 reps

pull ups: W – 12, M – 30

back squat: W – 1.25BW, M 1.75BW

handstand push ups: W – 6, M – 15

power clean: W – BW, M – 1.25BW

L-sit: 40 seconds

overhead squat: W – 95lbs x 10 reps, M – 135lbs x 10 reps
